Come As You Are!
Our indoor/outdoor facility provides an exciting, interactive playground where your dog can socialize and burn energy with other dogs in a supervised environment. Safety is our top priority! We maintain a high staff-players ratio and utilize behavior assessments to ensure any red flags are identified and addressed. Any pups that want to join our pack will be introduced and carefully monitored by staff trained to recognize fear, stress, and aggression, and respond appropriately so all players have an enjoyable time with friends.

20 DAYCARE VISITS ($40 SAVINGS)
The busy bees out there will appreciate this fun-filled package. Just enough days to fill out a month full of fun and playtime.
Before You Arrive:
Dogs over 6m must be spayed or neutered
Current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Influenza, and Bordetella (6m)
Using monthly heartworm prevention is encouraged!
Have a negative fecal check within 12m
Dress appropriately: harnesses and collars are removed during play but everyone must arrive and exit the facility securely on leash. For dogs that prefer to be moved around our facility with their own collar rather than our slip leads, they will be required to wear a snap-on, not a buckle collar.
Dogs Will Be Dogs
Sometimes good dogs just have a bad day! We value clear communication and feel it is important that you are aware of your dog’s day. We will report any incidents or abnormal behaviors and work with you and your pup if a management plan is needed to ensure they are safe and comfortable in the group.
Similar to an overstimulated toddler, most dogs cannot handle a full day going full-speed and some are too excited to self-regulate. As we get to know your dog, they will be assigned a group based on personality and play style so we can implement critical nap rotations as needed.
Doggie Daystay
A Daycare Alternative!
This option is especially for dogs who either are not spayed/neutered or aren’t good candidates for group play but still need to get out of the house. DayStay is an option that allows your pet to spend the day with us and receive extra attention and potty breaks during the day and their very own one-on-one play time doing whatever your pet likes the best. We can play ball, tug-of-war, take a walk in the backyard, or simply have some snuggly lap time. Your choice!
Daystay is also available for cats - this is frequently used if you will be having work done in your home and want the assurance of knowing that there will not be any accidental escapes with the traffic in and out.

Puppy Love Is In The Air
Our daycare players participate in an annual Valentine’s exchange with their fellow play friends! Watch our social media and in-lobby announcements every January for how to sign up your dog!
Paw-fect Birthday Parties!
Pamper your four-legged friend on their special day! This package includes a birthday cake of your choice shared with others or taken home for individual enjoyment with the family. A picture of your pet in their birthday best, framed and presented to you at the end of the day. They will get a gift chosen just for them and extra one-on-one playtime doing whatever your pet likes the most! The cakes can also be purchased separately from the birthday package, Please check with our front desk for current rates.

Trick-Or-Treat
Emphasis on the treats! Leading up to Halloween we have personalized goody bags available for all players to stuff with treats and toys to share with their friends. Come in costume for a photo-op to be shared on social media.
Has Your Dog Been Naughty Or Nice This Year?
All of our pet parents receive a special gift from their player each Christmas. Dogs can also sign up to receive a Secret Santa and exchange gifts with a fellow player! Watch for announcements and emails for sign-up details!
End of Summer Splash!
Heartland co-hosts an end-of-summer pool party for all dogs at the Bel Aire community pool. The pool is a zero-entry pool, so is great for accommodating all sizes of dogs! There are contests, prizes and LOTS of wet fun to be had!
