Dr. Gary graduated from Kansas State University in 1997. He practiced small animal medicine in Lawrence, Kansas before coming to Wichita and buying Heartland Animal Hospital in 2000. Dr. Gary has two girls, Ava and Sydney, with his wife, Julie. Dr. Gary took up scuba diving and finds it one of the most enjoyable leisurely pursuits. He also looks forward to football season so he can start playing fantasy football again. In his spare time if he isn’t scuba diving or watching football, he enjoys the outdoors every chance he can get.
