Dr. Bill graduated from Kansas State University in 1996. Married his high school sweetheart, Jami, in 1990. They have two daughters: Madison and Emily. He and Jami are active in the community through their church. In their free time they enjoy attending KSU football games. They have 2 cats Luke and Gizmo and Charlie the Goldendoodle.
